This grounding guide I have created includes a short video of me explaining some of my favorite natural techniques I use on a daily basis to feel grounded and get away from anxious feelings if I am not in the state I want to be in. If I notice my thoughts or mood are off and I want to quickly shift my mind-set & energy I use these tools to get back to a state of peace in a timely fashion. You don’t have to use all of them every time, but just take whatever ones work for you or resonate with you to help shift to a higher vibe!
